My husband is Pritty Kallamparambil Thomas, He's from India and He's 37 years old and System Engineer

I'm Janette Pritty from Mexico, I'm 36 years oldand Secretary.

We met each other through Internet. We were chating in Msg for almost 2 years. and We becamea very good friends. It was really funny and exacting, then We start feelling something special. I think it was love, passion, I don't know how to explain it, When I was not chatting with him I really missed him a lot and I wanted to touch his hands, his lips, but he was very far from me, it was not possible and that made me feel sad and alone.

We used to chat in my mornings and in his nights, and some times in his mornings and my nights. So figuere out, We didn't use to sleep a lot.

We used to tell us everything, our happiness, sadness and spent a lot of time chating., Even we were together in a Christmas, I bought my favorite food, and We were online full night. drinking and having fun.

One day He asked me if I'd like to marry him, I was surprised and I told him "yes", but I   though it's a joke, yes I though HE'S JOKING, It can not happened in the real life. it can't be possible no to me, however, I was thinking about it full day. I though it's not a fair tale.He is in Oman and I'm in Mexico, He's Hindu and I'm Mexican, we have different culture, language, ideas, etc.

So I took it as a joke. We started planning everything. He told me he wanted to come to Mexico, so I tried to get a visa for him but it was not possible. Mexico has border with USA so it's not easy to get a tourist visa to come to Mexico, I put the application in Emigration Office, but Tourist Visa was not accepted by Emigation Office, We were dissapointed and sad.

We stopped the application and He changed his mind and He spent his holidays in other country.

I though ohh it's over, I'm sure our relationship is over, when He came back from Thailand, We talked about our problem and He asked me If I could travel to Oman, I don't know why but I said yes. We started putting application to get my passport, visa, I resign my job, I bought my fight ticket, I really wan't thingking about the things I was doing. I was just doing it.When I realized about it I got scared, I was really scared. But my younger brother said, please Janette just go, don't be scared, everything will be ok, you are a smart girl, if your relationship doesn't work up, you can come back, you have a house and I'm sure you will get a good job again. Mama didn't agree, but she accepted, So on August 8th 2001 I took my flight to *Oman.

My life changed, my mind chanced., my world changed. We have been married for 5 years and my life keep changing. I'm a Mexican with an Indian husband and I got new ideas, new friends, new family, new culture, I think the fair tales can be .truth.
