Suppliers
All parts, quoted or purchased, must conform to specifications of parts or products that are found in SAE, ISO, etc. standards.
Supplier must offer information of statistical testing and of products norms when they are required. Additionally, they must make any component specification available.
Any component critical to the manufacturing process and/or to the final product, the supplier must provide an original and valid quality control certificate that contains the following:
- Date of shipment
- Material (Diameter, forms, type).
- Number of tap
- Chemical analysis
- Metalografica description
- Mechanical properties
- Hardness
- Number of remission and invoice that the certificate protects
- Amount
- Number of order of purchase
Where standards such as BSI, DIN, EIC, UL, etc exist, please specify them.
Quotes should be submitted by fax ((52)(444)8202156), attention Benjamín Franco Guerrero (Manager of Purchases).
The fax should include:.
- The unitary price and total price of the materials
- Conditions of delivery (L.A.B.* Warehouse supplier or L.A.B.* buying Warehouse)
- Time of delivery
- Established forms of measurement
- Tolerances
- Decreases and losses stipulated
- Merchandise availability
*L. A.B.: Price without hidden costs; it is a term meaning that the merchandise is given at the specified location at the agreed price without any additional charges or fees.
